Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and discovery to design, development, testing, launch, and continuous optimization.
Define and execute the product roadmap by deeply understanding the business landscape, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
Partner closely with business stakeholders to plan and execute successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.
Foster strong cross-functional collaboration across operations, design, engineering, and other key teams to deliver impactful product outcomes.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 2+ years leading or managing product teams. Experience in e-commerce or marketplace platforms is highly preferred.
Proven ability to translate complex business and technical concepts into clear strategies and actionable plans.
Strong analytical thinking with a structured, problem-solving mindset.
Demonstrated ownership, leadership presence, and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
