Lead and develop the product management team by setting clear priorities, aligning initiatives with business objectives, and establishing measurable OKRs.
Drive the professional growth of team members through ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle - from ideation and discovery to design, development, testing, launch, and continuous optimization.
Define and execute the product roadmap by deeply understanding the business landscape, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
Partner closely with business stakeholders to plan and execute successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.
Foster strong cross-functional collaboration across operations, design, engineering, and other key teams to deliver impactful product outcomes.
Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, balance competing priorities, and ensure timely execution of projects.
Use data-driven insights to inform decisions, evaluate product performance, and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 2+ years leading or managing product teams. Experience in e-commerce or marketplace platforms is highly preferred.
Proven ability to translate complex business and technical concepts into clear strategies and actionable plans.
Strong analytical thinking with a structured, problem-solving mindset.
Demonstrated ownership, leadership presence, and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
