Your Main Duties In Flying With Us
- Support ideation and validation of product enhancements through user research and data
- Collaborate with technology, trade partnership, operation, and marketing to craft solutions to customer needs
- Write clear, concise product requirements and user stories
- Deliver small to medium product improvements from scoping to release
- Collaborate with other product teams to sync the release plan and deliver the best experience for our customers
- Monitor and support product operational health, ensuring smooth daily execution
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to support product partnerships and initiatives
- Analyze pricing-related data to uncover insights and suggest improvements
Mandatory Belongings That You Must Prepare
- Passion for a product management role with up to 2 years of experience as a Product Manager (university student graduating soon is welcomed)
- Self-starter with can do spirit who doesn't hesitate to proactively learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent and effective interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal and listening) in English
- Having Data Analysis and SQL skills
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
