Requirements Translation: Convert high-level business objectives into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams across multiple geographies to ensure successful execution.
Agile Product Management: Drive Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and roadmap prioritization, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Stakeholder Management: Maintain transparent and proactive communication with stakeholders, providing visibility into product progress, risks, and decisions.
Customer-Centric Iteration: Analyze product performance and user feedback to guide iterative improvements and enhance user experience.
Product Advocacy: Act as the internal and external product expert, clearly articulating product vision, value, and positioning.
Go-to-Market Support: Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to ensure smooth product launches and enablement initiatives.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years experience in software product management, ideally within a technology-driven or fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems or restaurant/hospitality technology is highly desirable.
Proven people management experience, including leading and developing product teams; experience managing remote or cross-border teams is a strong advantage.
Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban frameworks.
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver structured, impactful product solutions.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a data-informed approach to problem-solving.
Experience working across global, cross-functional teams, and the ability to manage stakeholders across time zones and cultural contexts.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency is a plus.
