JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conduct initial product orientations and presentations to introduce new products or features to stakeholders and end-users.
- Develop and distribute materials (e.g., product guides, FAQs) to support awareness and understanding of new product functionalities.
- Host informational sessions, webinars, or workshops as part of the rollout process.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to assess the adoption rate and usage patterns of new features.
- Identify gaps in feature utilization and compile reports on insights, barriers, and user engagement
- Develop strategies to improve feature utilization, including targeted user campaigns or refresher training.
- Collaborate with the Product and Development teams to recommend adjustments or enhancements based on user behavior and feedback.
- Regularly review usage data and prepare reports with actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields. Relevant work experience may substitute for a degree in specific cases.
- At least 2 years of experience in project management, product implementation, product analyst, business analyst or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills and strong understanding and intuition of user's behavior
- Passion in data-driven decision making
- Solid oral and written communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented, responsive and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Self-starter with strong project management skills to follow through on execution
- Extremely strong communication skills and comfortable to communicate
Working arrangement:
- Contract based 12 months under outsource
