This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Engineer, located in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing new products. Your day-to-day tasks include conducting research and development activities, designing innovative product solutions, optimizing product performance, and collaborating across teams to bring ideas to life. Additionally, you will analyze requirements and ensure products meet both technical standards and user needs.

• Strong analytical skills to assess technical requirements, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in Product Engineering and hands-on experience with product development
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience in Product Design and Research and Development (R&D)
• Educational background in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to team-based environments
• Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering is a plus
