Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of projects requiring custom solutions and collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
- Identifying customer requirements and gathering all relevant details from stakeholders, data sources and suppliers to determine the feasibility of the project.
- Meet with suppliers to design and source custom products to meet customer requirements.
- Perform product testing and validation to ensure that the custom solution is reliable, compliant to the necessary standards and meets the customers expectations.
- Lead all IoT related work and projects.
- Provide after-sales support to customers to assist with any technical or product related issues after project completion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in product engineering, project management, and working with custom solutions.
- Strong proficiency in IoT, vehicle electronics, and integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Ability to adapt to changing project priorities and navigate complex technical challenges.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
- Familiarity with wiring diagrams, circuit diagrams and technical drawings.
- Strong organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
