Job Summary
Responsible for managing product engineering activities from NPI through mass production, supporting engineering changes, and ensuring products meet customer and manufacturing requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Review customer drawings, specifications, BOMs, and engineering requirements
- Ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and manufacturing requirements
- Manage the product lifecycle from NPI through mass production and end-of-life
- Review design feasibility and manufacturability (DFM/DFA)
- Support prototype builds, sample builds, pilot runs, and production launch
- Track engineering deliverables and project milestones
- Review Engineering Change Notices (ECN/ECO)
- Evaluate the impact of design changes on materials, tooling, processes, and production
- Coordinate the implementation of engineering changes with cross-functional teams
- Support PPAP, FAI, reliability testing, and customer qualification
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Min. 3–5 years of experience in Product Engineering, NPI, or Wire Harness/SAS Cable manufacturing.
- Good command of English
- Strong technical analysis, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
