Job Summary
Responsible for leading the Product Engineering team, supporting engineering projects, managing customer communication, and ensuring engineering activities are completed efficiently to meet business and customer requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and develop the Product Engineering team
- Assign engineering resources based on project priorities and business needs
- Monitor team performance and ensure engineering deliverables are completed on time
- Coach and mentor engineers to enhance technical and problem-solving capabilities
- Participate in customer meetings, technical reviews, and engineering discussions
- Support customer audits and factory visits
- Communicate technical issues, project status, and engineering solutions to customers
- Build strong technical relationships with customers and overseas engineering teams
- Manage engineering KPIs and department performance
- Prepare engineering reports and present project updates to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
- Min. 5–8 years of experience in Product Engineering within the Wire Harness, SAS Cable, EMS, or FATP manufacturing industry
- At least 2–3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Good command of English
- Strong experience in NPI, product transfer, customer technical support, and engineering project management
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
