Product Development Supervisor professional to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct product development trials.
- Perform shelf-life testing and product evaluation.
- Lead the development and optimization of production processes.
- Drive innovation in both new and existing products.
- Develop and scale up production processes.
- Execute and complete projects in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Previous experience handling confectionery product is a strong plus.
- Strong knowledge and experience in the following areas: Halal Assurance System, Quality Management System & Food Safety, Improvement Management, Line Qualification & Process Development, Data analysis and interpretation.
- Hands-on experience working in a laboratory environment.
- Willing to work both in office and factory.
- Proficient in English (minimum intermediate level).
- A strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
