Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in conducting market research, collecting competitor data, and identifying industry trends.
Support the execution of product development plans from concept to launch for supplement products.
Assist in product formulation, ingredient sourcing, and packaging preparation under the guidance of the supervisor/manager.
Help coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding materials and packaging needs.
Assist in reviewing packaging designs and preparing documents for product approval or reprinting.
Support in handling product quality feedback and coordinating with relevant teams for resolution.
Maintain documentation related to product development, including specifications, test results, and approvals.
Ensure all work processes follow company standards and applicable regulations (GMP, BPOM).

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or a related field.
12 years of experience in product development, preferably in the fitness/health supplement industry, Makloon/OEM (fresh graduates are welcome).
Basic knowledge of product formulation, ingredient sourcing, and packaging processes.
Willingness to learn industry regulations and standards (GMP, BPOM).
Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of laboratory testing and analysis (organoleptic, proximate) is a plus.
Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
Good communication and teamwork skills; English proficiency is an advantage.
Organized, proactive, and able to follow instructions well.
