Job Description
Responsibilities
- Participate in a comprehensive training program focused on product development principles and practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and contribute to the ideation phase of new product initiatives.
- Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Learn and apply product development methodologies, including prototyping, testing, and iteration.
- Work closely with senior product developers to create detailed project plans and timelines.
- Contribute to the design and development of new products, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Gain hands-on experience with various tools and technologies used in product development processes.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Food Technology, or other relevant majors.
- 1–2 years of working experience in Product Development, preferably within the Beauty/Cosmetics/Food industry. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Experience in beauty/food product development, from initial research and concept development to sample evaluation and product launch, is highly preferred.
- Strong interest in the beauty industry and actively follows beauty/food trends, product innovations, and consumer preferences in Indonesia and international markets.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to a dynamic working culture.
- Passionate, proactive, and eager to learn about product development and the beauty/food industry.
