Product Development Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Support new beverage product development including market research, product positioning, formula development, and packaging.
• Collaborate with R&D to ensure innovative and compliant formulations.
• Oversee product trials to meet company and regulatory standards.
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities.
• Monitor competitor performance and recommend strategic responses.
• Assist in product launch planning with the marketing team.
• Prepare sales tools and training materials to support sales teams.
• Conduct cost analysis and pricing strategy development.
• Track product financial performance to ensure profitability.
• Coordinate with supply chain, production, and quality teams for smooth operations.
• Provide technical product knowledge to internal teams and clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in Product Development or related fields, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of food regulations, labeling, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
