Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct lab-scale and production-scale trials for product development.
- Manage and execute internal and external panel tests, including processing and analyzing panel test data.
- Perform basic research in collaboration with the Product Innovation Team.
- Coordinate with the Production team regarding product trials, process optimization, and scale-up.
- Prepare reports on trial results, research findings, and product performance.
- Ensure all R&D activities comply with food safety, GMP, and internal quality standards.
- Complete other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or management
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelor's (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Food Technology or Chemistry.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in fermentation process or flour production
- Technical Skills: Organoleptic evaluation, panel testing, Familiar with flour quality standards (moisture content, color, aroma, viscosity, density, particle size). Have basic knowledge of food microbiology and handling of starter cultures, understanding of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations.
- Soft Skills: Good communication, initiative, responsibility, ability to work both independently and in a team, problem-solving, basic research skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently.
