Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager in our R&D division, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Product Manager will own the product roadmap for Metatech's CRM and customer experience platform defining what gets built, why it matters, and how it improves the customer lifecycle. Core responsibilities include mapping end-to-end customer journeys to identify automation opportunities, translating user pain points and business requirements into well-scoped product increments, and working closely with engineering to deliver features that reduce manual effort and increase retention. This role operates at the intersection of product strategy and hands-on execution you'll be expected to think in workflows, not just features.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience building or significantly evolving a CRM, customer engagement, or marketing automation product not just using one, but shaping what it does
- Deep understanding of customer journey mapping, lifecycle stages, and where automation creates the highest leverage across acquisition, onboarding, and retention
- Demonstrated ability to write clear PRDs with well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge cases that engineering can build from without ambiguity
- Experience defining and tracking product metrics (activation, retention, churn, NPS) and using data to prioritize what ships next
- Familiarity with workflow automation concepts triggers, conditions, actions, integrations and the ability to think in systems rather than isolated features
- Hands-on experience with or strong understanding of agile product development, sprint planning, and iterative delivery
- Familiarity with AI-powered development platforms or low-code/no-code prototyping tools for rapid validation
- Technical background in software development or systems engineering is a strong plus
