Responsibilities

Research, validate, and oversee the development of new products from idea to launch.
Ensure all products comply with product regulations.
Manage project timelines, risks, and trade-offs while maintaining high quality and performance standards.
Communicate with internal teams about product briefs, formula feedback, claims, packaging, and regulatory requirements.
Analyze competitor launches, gather consumer insights, and identify market gaps.
Oversee quality and safety testing to ensure formulas are ready for mass production.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Cosmetic Science.
Passion for beauty products and staying updated on industry trends.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
Quick learner, proactive, and excellent in both verbal and written communication.
