About the Role :
Responsible for Product Development Engineer activities that are well received by the market to ensure that the products marketed are in line with the company's sales goals and targets.
Responsibility :
- Collect data on product trends that are currently developing and are in demand among the public so that they can be used as a reference for analyzing the development of product variants to be marketed.
- Carry out product trials while still paying attention to quality, processing and product elements such as color, consistency, durability and appearance so that it can be recommended as a creative product and has selling value.
- Prepare product trial reports, product samples, etc. to be submitted to superiors as a basis for evaluating product quality.
- Coordinate with internal parties (stores, marketing, procurement, etc.) and external parties (vendors) so that launching new products can run smoothly.
- Analyze the need for equipment or tools that will be used in processing products to support the achievement of good product quality.
Requirement :
- Bachelor degree, Textile Engineering
- Min 1 year(s) of working experience as Product Development / RnD in Manufacturing (Electrical).
- Knowledge & Skill : Product Development, Product Knowledge, Product Management, Analyzing Skill.
- Placement : Cikande, Banten.
