PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero), also known as Indonesia Re, was established to strengthen the domestic reinsurance capacity in Indonesia. Formed through a merger of local reinsurance companies, this initiative is part of a strategic policy by the Government of Indonesia in collaboration with the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises, Ministry of Finance, and the Financial Services Authority. Indonesia Re focuses on reducing reliance on foreign reinsurance by enhancing national capacity and solidifying its role as a key entity in the insurance and reinsurance sectors.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Development and Individual Pricing Technical Assistant located in Salemba, Jakarta. The role involves supporting the development of innovative insurance and reinsurance products, conducting technical analyses, assisting in individual pricing tasks, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams to support product delivery. The successful candidate will also help enhance data-driven decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in data analysis, Actuarial and statistical methods, and familiarity with software tools for analytics.
• Experience in product development, pricing strategies, and financial modeling.
• Knowledge of the insurance and reinsurance industries and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in problem-solving, critical thinking, and effective decision-making.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and ability to work independently within a collaborative environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
• Additional qualifications such as certifications in actuarial sciences or data analytics are a plus.
