SKINTIFIC is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Packaging Designer to join our team! If you're passionate about turning ideas into visually compelling designs and love staying ahead of design trends, this role is for you.
What you will do:
- Design and develop engaging product packaging to attract new customers.
- Propose creative ideas and make new concepts.
- Create a realistic mockup for the packaging design concepts.
- Conduct research on competitor's packaging of their products.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and design documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement design solutions that meet business and user needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, consumer preferences, and packaging innovations, and apply them to improve the design process and product quality.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic or packaging design, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
- Strong creativity with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual designs.
- Open to feedback and able to adapt designs based on project needs.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven portfolio showcasing visual design and packaging design work.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Willing and able to work fully on-site in Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
What make you stand out:
- Having a knowledge in 3D software, such as Blender, Cinema 4D will be a plus point
- Understand the Pantone Code
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools.
