About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Jr. Product Design professional to support the Product Development team in designing, documenting, and implementing insurance products. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and active participation in product development and approval processes.
Responsibilities
- Support the Product Development team in all tasks related to product design.
- Prepare and maintain product design documentation, including product specifications, policy provisions, product summaries, and marketing collaterals.
- Assist in preparing documentation for approvals, including regulatory (OJK), internal governance, and group product standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Pricing, Marketing, IT, Operations, Legal & Compliance, Distribution, and Training teams.
- Support coordination and discussions with internal and external parties.
- Assist the Product Implementation team in implementation processes, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure proper documentation management and record-keeping for all developed products.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, project management, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail and effective time management.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the life insurance industry.
- Experience in digital insurance or digital product development is an advantage.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and concepts.
- Understanding of digital products is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
