About the job
In this role, you'll lead the user experience for our commerce platform, raising the bar for clarity, speed, and trust. You'll partner with Product, Engineers, and Operations in a fast-paced environment to ship features that move the metrics.
What You Will Do
- Create and enhance the existing user interface design based on the users needs, business objectives, and technological considerations.
- Build and maintain the Design System and its processes
- Raise the bar for design quality: give clear feedback, coach teammates, and continuously improve design outcomes.
- Partner closely with Engineers and Stakeholders to meet user needs and business goals.
- Create Unforgettable Experiences
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Previous experience working in the e-commerce industry and a strong understanding of its unique challenges and user need
- Familiar with data and can identify problem areas, heatmap, further map out the user journey, and break the problems into smaller chunks.
- Knowledge of design validation using quantitative and qualitative research.
- Familiar with AI tool such as jitter, etc
