We are looking for a Product Designer who is not only strong in UI/UX execution, but also has solid product thinking, proactive communication skills, and the ability to work independently with high ownership. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience in end-to-end product development — from understanding business problems and conducting research to crafting solutions and ensuring smooth implementation with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Translate business and user needs into effective, scalable, and user-friendly product solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders throughout the product discovery and delivery process.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and solution validation before implementation.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Maintain and improve design consistency through scalable design systems and component libraries.
- Produce clear and structured design documentation to support cross-team collaboration.
- Communicate proactively regarding progress, blockers, risks, and improvement opportunities without needing constant follow-up.
- Ensure high-quality output with strong attention to usability, detail, and business impact.
- Support design handoff and ensure implementation aligns with intended user experience.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably in SaaS, digital products, or web platforms.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, UI fundamentals, product thinking, design systems, component libraries, and product discovery process.
- Proficient in Figma.
- Strong communication skills with proactive and responsive working habits.
- High ownership and initiative in day-to-day work.
- Strong business and analytical mindset.
- Experience working directly on real-world projects within cross-functional teams.
- Research-oriented mindset with the ability to turn insights into product decisions.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- High standards for quality, execution speed, and attention to detail.
