Job Description:

  • Design features independently for various internal systems, collaborating closely with senior designers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with user requirements and business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough user research independently to gather insights and understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs autonomously, adhering to the Enterprise Efficiency Team's design principles and branding guidelines.
  • Maintain and enhance design systems and components to ensure consistency and scalability across all internal systems.
  • Embrace mentorship opportunities and actively seek feedback to continuously learn and grow as a product designer within a collaborative and innovative


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of industrial experience in UX/UI design, demonstrating the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality design solutions.
  • Proven track record of understanding user requirements and translating them into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools as needed.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive attitude with a passion for taking on challenges and driving impactful design solutions forward.
  • Experience with ToB (business-to-business) systems is a plus.
