We're looking for a Product Manager with Compliance expertise to ensure regulatory adherence across product development and operations.
Position Overview
This role combines product management with compliance responsibilitiestranslating laws into scalable processes and managing compliance tool development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop compliance policies, SOPs, and audit frameworks.
Translate regulatory requirements into product specifications and BRDs.
Build compliance dashboards and monitoring tools.
Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to local and global regulations.
Collaborate with engineering and legal teams to implement compliance features.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and update processes accordingly.

Compliance Tools: Vanta, Drata, Hyperproof
Documentation: Confluence
Product Tools: Jira
Analytics: Tableau, SQL
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field.
5+ years in Product Management with compliance focus.
Knowledge of GDPR, PDPA, and Indonesian regulations.
Strong documentation and audit experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
