JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Full accountability for business value creation and revenue performance in core logistics operations
- Design and execute revenue optimization strategies across customer segments
- Partner with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to translate business requirements into actionable initiatives focused on customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value expansion
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis of Customer App performance, including monitoring movements, promotional strategies, and competitive feature developments
- Provide regular competitive intelligence briefings to stakeholders identifying strategic threats and opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align defensive and offensive positioning strategies based on market insights
- Direct ownership and strategic management of customer segments, establishing metrics and processes to track and improve segment performance
- Build scalable account management systems (i.e. acquisition and retention) that extend beyond individual relationship management
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure customer strategy execution aligns with business capabilities and operational capacity
REQUIREMENT:
- Minimum 5+ years managing businesses with direct revenue accountability
- Demonstrated experience in customer segmentation that influenced strategic decision-making
- Strong analytical capabilities including cohort analysis, customer lifetime value modeling, and business metrics interpretation
- Experience with customer relationship management
- Deep understanding of Indonesian market dynamics, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape in Logistics industry
- Have previous experience in a building/growth stage
Working arrangement:
- Contract based 12 months under outsource
- WFO at Kedoya Jakbar
