High Five is hiring on behalf of our Client - Asias leading in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) data and technology company, headquartered in Singapore.
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented ESG Product Associate to join our Client&aposs Product team. As a Product Associate focused on ESG, you will play a key role in product design and translating product goals into a user experience to meet customers&apos expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Product Associate, you will have the opportunity to directly influence product decisions that impact customers and business.
- Research and gather insights from market trends, competitive analysis, and user feedback; enabling the creation of products that drive positive environmental, social, and governance impact.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Engineering teams to ensure the successful planning, development, and launch of new features and enhancements.
- Keen eye for capturing and analysing data, documenting insights, and ensuring accuracy in product requirements.
- Have a strong sense of aesthetics and an ability to translate business needs into product designs.
- Take the initiative to solve problems and find answers, leveraging data and creative thinking to support product development in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree, preferably in Environmental Engineering, sustainability studies or environmental economics.
- Proven experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and synthesising user insights, preferably with demonstrated knowledge in carbon accounting and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) topics.
- Proficiency in visual design tools (e.g. Figma) and understanding of UX/ UI principles.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) to derive actionable insights.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent in English and comfortable with Remote work arrangement.
Work arrangement: Remote in Vietnam or Indonesia
