Build, improve, and scale the operational backbone of the product: production planning, raw material readiness, supplier coordination, and inventory control.
Ensure high synchronization across PPIC, Procurement, R&D, QA/QC, and Warehouse—avoiding stockouts, overstocks, or production delays.
Perform deep analyses on COGS, production loss, MOQs, lead times, and supply-chain risks to support business decisions.
Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues, quality deviations, or supply disruptions.
Point person for operational troubleshooting and continuous operational optimization.
D2C Integration & Digital Product Experience
Convert product specifications and scientific information into clear, compelling, and accurate messaging for D2C channels (website, marketplace, landing pages).
For digital product touchpoints (e.g., subscription flows, quizzes, product recommendations), gather requirements and manage development priorities with tech partners.
Track product performance post-launch using sales data, customer feedback, return rates, and operational KPIs—translating insights into action.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Act as the internal product owner, aligning Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, Tech, and Customer Experience teams on product priorities and timelines.
Create and maintain detailed product documentation: PRDs, technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate structured communication, ensuring clarity and accountability across all stakeholders.
