Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing end-to-end lifecycle of a physical product.
  • Mandatory experience in FMCG, Health, Wellness, or Nutrition industries.
  • Proven track record in leading New Product Introduction (NPI) from ideation to launch.
  • Strong analytical capability—comfortable with COGS, margins, BOMs, sales data, and qualitative customer insights.
  • Experience working with technical teams (R&D, QC, Supply Chain, Manufacturing).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills (Bahasa Indonesia & English).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a lean, fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about product quality, supply-chain excellence, and delivering real consumer impact.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and manage the full product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives aligned with market demand, operational readiness, and business growth.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to drive product innovation and differentiation.
  • Build clear, data-driven Business Cases for new product introductions (NPI) and major product improvements.
  • Lead Product Innovation by identifying opportunities in formulations, packaging, supply-chain efficiency, and new product concepts.

Product Development, Quality & Compliance

  • Lead the NPI process end-to-end: concept ideation, R&D briefing, formulation, pilot runs, sensory tests, stability testing, and commercial launch.
  • Align closely with R&D, Supply Chain, PPIC, Procurement, QA/QC, and Manufacturing to ensure products meet quality, cost, and margin expectations.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Indonesian regulations and ensure compliance with BPOM, Halal, HACCP, and internal Quality Management Systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement through cost optimization, sourcing alternatives, specification refinement, and production efficiency.

Operations & Supply Chain Alignment (Operation Builder)

  • Build, improve, and scale the operational backbone of the product: production planning, raw material readiness, supplier coordination, and inventory control.
  • Ensure high synchronization across PPIC, Procurement, R&D, QA/QC, and Warehouse—avoiding stockouts, overstocks, or production delays.
  • Perform deep analyses on COGS, production loss, MOQs, lead times, and supply-chain risks to support business decisions.
  • Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues, quality deviations, or supply disruptions.
  • Point person for operational troubleshooting and continuous operational optimization.

D2C Integration & Digital Product Experience

  • Convert product specifications and scientific information into clear, compelling, and accurate messaging for D2C channels (website, marketplace, landing pages).
  • For digital product touchpoints (e.g., subscription flows, quizzes, product recommendations), gather requirements and manage development priorities with tech partners.
  • Track product performance post-launch using sales data, customer feedback, return rates, and operational KPIs—translating insights into action.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as the internal product owner, aligning Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, Tech, and Customer Experience teams on product priorities and timelines.
  • Create and maintain detailed product documentation: PRDs, technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate structured communication, ensuring clarity and accountability across all stakeholders.
