Halo everyone
Mine. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement & Supply Chain to join our growing team in the fragrance industry. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and product development procurement coordination. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing, stock availability, and smooth execution of product development and launches.
Key Responsibilities:
-Procurement, Supply Chain & Inventory Management
-Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability without overstocking.
-Coordinate with production teams to track stock movements and ensure timely replenishments.
-Analyze stock turnover, forecast demand, and plan purchasing accordingly.
-Maintain accurate records of inventory and manage stock audits periodically.
Purchasing & Supplier Coordination:
-Source raw materials, packaging, and finished goods from local and international suppliers.
-Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and lead times to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement.
-Issue purchase orders and track deliveries to meet production and sales timelines.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and monitor their performance.
-Coordinate with logistics and importing agencies for import shipments.
Procurement Management:
-Support and coordinate new product development (NPD) timelines from sourcing to launch.
-Work with cross-functional teams including product development, design, marketing, and production to ensure projects meet deadlines.
-Monitor project timelines
Reporting & Analysis:
-Generate forecast reports purchase orders
-Manage documentation administration PO, PR, Import
-Identify risks or bottlenecks in supply chain and suggest actionable solutions.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
-Must have minimum 1,5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, inventory, or supply chain; preferably in FMCG or beauty/fragrance industry.
-Fluent in English (oral and written) is a Must!
-Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, etc.).
-Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills.
-Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
-On-site Job (WFO in Tangerang Selatan) and mobile if needed (e.g. supplier visits, warehouse checks).
