Job Responsibilities |
- Identify and source potential vendors; conduct initial communication related to procurement and tender activities

- Conduct market analysis to support bidding strategies and ensure competitive and achievable outcomes

- Develop tender strategies and manage the end-to-end procurement process from pre-bidding to vendor award
- ,
- Plan and manage procurement timelines, ensuring all tender activities are executed according to schedule
- ,
- Organize and participate in pre-bidding meetings, collect bidding documents, and prepare evaluation records
- ,
- Conduct vendor evaluation and performance assessment in accordance with contractual and project requirements
- Prepare, review, and finalize procurement and tender reports
- Support procurement activities related to vessel docking, offshore platform projects, and newbuild vessels
- Provide on-site procurement and negotiation support with vendors, shipyards, and contractors during docking, project execution, and newbuild phases

- Coordinate procurement requirements for dockings, repairs, modifications, and newbuild specifications
- Participate in commercial and contractual negotiations to ensure cost effectiveness and compliance

- Support contract management activities, including document control and milestone tracking

- Maintain proactive and effective communication with vendors and internal stakeholders

Job Requirements |
- Bachelor's degree from any major; Engineering background is an advantage

- Minimum 23 years of experience in procurement; experience in oil & gas, marine, shipbuilding, or project-based industries is preferred.
