Position: Procurement Supervisor

About The Role :

We are looking for a Procurement Supervisor to oversee and optimize the company's procurement activities by ensuring reliable material sourcing, managing supplier performance, and maintaining compliance with quality and regulatory standards to support efficient and competitive operations.

What You Will Do

• Ensure material procurement processes comply with the Vendor Performance Evaluation and monitor on-time delivery.
• Manage sourcing and qualification of new materials, including quality assessment and approval.
• Identify and develop alternative suppliers in line with required material standards.
• Oversee purchase order execution to meet agreed lead times and delivery schedules.
• Conduct vendor performance evaluations and maintain all external material-related documentation.

What You Will Need

• Licensed Pharmacist (Profesi Apoteker)
• 23 years of purchasing experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG companies.
• Hands-on experience with raw materials, excipients, APIs, and packaging materials (local & overseas suppliers).
• Good knowledge of BPOM regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, basic analysis).
