Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging, and production support materials.
Conduct vendor sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation to secure the best price and quality.
Oversee the purchasing flow: PO creation, delivery follow-up, and goods receipt.
Ensure material availability according to production planning and demand forecast.
Monitor and evaluate vendor performance (quality, lead time, consistency).
Drive cost-efficiency initiatives without compromising product standards.
Prepare procurement reports, maintain contracts, and ensure proper documentation for audits.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
35 years of experience in procurement/purchasingpreferably in FMCG, F&B, or supplement industry.
Strong understanding of raw material & packaging procurement, and production workflow.
Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and cost analysis skills.
Detail-oriented, fast-paced, and able to work under production timelines.
Strong leadership and cross-department coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace & familiarity with Procurement systems is a plus.
