Job Descriptions:
- Manage and ensure end-to-end procurement activities, from purchase request to goods receipt, in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure all parts, materials, and equipment procured meet user specifications, technical requirements, and quality standards.
- Record, monitor, and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase requests, purchase orders, delivery notes, and related records.
- Ensure full compliance with Security, Safety, Health, and Environment (SSHE) standards within the work area and throughout procurement activities.
- Assist the superior in executing procurement activities in a cost-efficient and timely manner to support overall organizational effectiveness and operational needs.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in all major
- Fluent in Procurement procedures
- Fluently both speaking and written in English
- Having knowledge in computerized program used in the procurement
- Proficient in communicating well with internal and external company
- Minimum 2 years in SCM or warehouse.
