The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Staff to join our dynamic Procurement team and take charge of the procurement process.

What You Will Do

  • Prepare and review procurement documents in accordance with the established Procurement workflow, including Agreements, QFC, PR, PO, BAST, and Invoices.
  • Source and identify vendors, including suppliers located inside or outside Java, to support operational and project requirements.
  • Capable of sourcing and procuring general supplies to support day-to-day operational needs across multiple locations.
  • Lead and support negotiations to secure the best possible pricing and commercial terms, ensuring alignment with the approved budget.
  • Ensure goods and/or services are delivered in accordance with the agreed SLA, meeting user requirements in terms of quality, quantity, and timeline.
  • Support facility-based sourcing projects, including building maintenance, electrical works, and related improvements, ensuring completion on schedule, in compliance with quality standards, and within the approved budget.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, including analysis of ongoing site activities and project execution.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement flow for multiple locations simultaneously, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

What We Need:

  • Bachelor's degree from any major
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience in procurement
  • Must have basic Excel skills
  • Strong skills in administration, negotiation, and communication
  • Able to work in a team, communicative, honest, and detail-oriented
