Role Description The Procurement Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

This role is responsible to :

• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for best value and quality.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain supplier database and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with logistics teams for stock alignment.
• Monitor stock levels and forecast purchasing requirements based on demand trends.
• Support cost‑saving and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and procurement procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement (FMCG distribution/logistics preferred).
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Detail‑oriented, dynamic, and proactive personality.
• Integrity and accountability as core values.
