Lead procurement activities across the Bank's Property and Facilities Management categories
Serve as a strategic business partner to internal stakeholders, driving procurement excellence, strengthening governance and compliance standards, and enhancing team capabilities
Monitor and analyze market trends and industry developments to provide strategic insights that maximize value creation
Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to foster collaboration, optimize performance, and ensure sustainable partnerships.
Job Qualifications :
Bachelor Degree in a relevant major (Economics / Civil Engineering / Industrial Engineering)
3-5 years Experienced in handling Procurement related to building Renovation and Facilities Management Categories. Preferable from banking industry
Deep knowledge of strategic sourcing methodology
Strong understanding of technical aspect regarding building renovation and facilities maintenance to support negotiation
Good analytical, problem solving, negotiation, and communication skill including ability to influence across functions
Excellence interpersonal skills to develop team and build credibility with partners and strong focus on customer centricity
Innovation in procurement process experience considered advantageous
