As a Procurement Marketing, You Will

  • Conduct sourcing activities for non-inventory categories, primarily supporting marketing purchase requests.
  • Negotiate pricing, SLAs, payment terms, and contracts to secure the best value.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle (PR PO GR/Service Entry Invoice coordination).
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide efficiency recommendations to the department owner.

Requirements

  • Minimum >1 years of experience in procurement within the FMCG or beauty industry
  • Strong understanding in handling marketing and visual merchandising needs.
  • Ability to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers to secure cost-effective and high-quality products
  • Ability to manage procurement budgets and analyze cost structures
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills or familiarity with other data analysis tools to forecast demand, analyze supplier performance, and track spending
