Role Purpose
To lead and manage procurement activities, vendor relationships, and cost optimization initiatives across all categories, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and value creation for PT Multitrend Indo.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing and procurement strategy for key categories (raw materials, packaging, services, etc.)
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers (local & international)
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to achieve cost savings
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and budgeting alignment with finance
- Manage supplier performance (quality, delivery timelines, compliance)
- Work closely with production, finance, and planning teams
- Ensure procurement compliance (tax, import, PPN, documentation)
- Develop procurement processes, SOPs, and reporting dashboards
- Support strategic initiatives (e.g., Gudang Berikat, global sourcing alignment)
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in procurement/sourcing
- Experience in FMCG / manufacturing preferred
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good understanding of Indonesian supply chain and import regulations is a Plus.
- Analytical mindset (costing, margin, benchmarking)
- Experience with ERP systems , very fluent with MS office Word/ XL / Power point.
- Strong communication (Bahasa + English)
