Procurement Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and develop suppliers across categories such as snacks, home living, beauty, and stationery & toys
• Lead procurement activities including price negotiation, payment terms, delivery timelines, and contract finalization
• Evaluate supplier capabilities to ensure product quality, compliance, and reliable supply
• Conduct product sampling, testing, and benchmarking, and provide improvement recommendations
• Monitor market trends and optimize product cost and competitiveness
• Manage and maintain strong supplier relationships while continuously improving the supplier base
• Support other procurement projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in any field
2. Minimum experience in procurement/buying, preferably handling categories such as snacks, home living, beauty, or stationery & toys
3. Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
5. Good analytical thinking with a cost-conscious and market-driven mindset
6. Able to communicate in English for daily work (Mandarin is a plus)
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
