Procurement Officer

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Sourcing & Vendor Management: Identify, research, and evaluate potential suppliers. Build strong relationships with existing vendors
• Negotiation & Procurement: Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts. Prepare and issue purchase orders
• Quality & Inventory Control: Inspect incoming deliveries for quality and quantity verification. Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages
• Cost Analysis: Maintain records of all orders, payments, and inventory. Track purchasing trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Compliance & Coordination: Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and legal standards. Coordinate with the IT Support, General Affairs, finance, and other internal departments to ensure seamless operations

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in procurement or supply chain roles
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
• Strong proficiency in using procurement software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems) and Microsoft Office
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Persuasive and strategic negotiation abilities
