Source, evaluate, and negotiate with logistics and transportation service providers to ensure competitive pricing and reliable service.
Manage procurement activities for transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding, and other logistics-related services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while monitoring their performance, service quality, and compliance with company standards.
Prepare and manage Requests for Quotation (RFQ), bid evaluations, purchase orders, and contract documentation.
Monitor logistics procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising service quality.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Finance, to understand operational requirements and ensure timely procurement support.
Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations.
Analyze market trends, transportation rates, and supplier capabilities to support strategic sourcing decisions.
Resolve supplier issues related to delivery performance, service quality, invoicing, and contract execution.
Prepare procurement reports, spend analysis, and supplier performance evaluations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Purchasing, preferably handling logistics and transportation services.
Good understanding of logistics operations, transportation management, freight services, warehousing, and supplier management.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier performance evaluation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP/SAP systems is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
