Receive and manage briefs across multiple brands (Softex, Kotex, etc.) for various marketing activities including media, social media, KOL, events, branding, POSM, and sponsorshipsensuring alignment with KPIs and timelines.
Lead bidding/RFP processes, negotiate pricing, identify new vendors/agencies, and manage FSA/FSS documentation to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.
Propose and execute media and KOL campaigns, manage brand ambassador contracts, and support special projects like License Icon Collaboration and Communications & Government Affairs activations.
Collaborate with Legal, Tax, Finance, and Master Data teams for vendor registration and PO creation, ensuring all documentation meets KC-Softex standards.
Actively participate in weekly and monthly meetings with Procurement, Marketing, Digital, and Media Buying teams to align on project progress and campaign execution.
Support vendor evaluations, conduct yearly surveys, calculate cost savings (YoY, cost avoidance, headwind mitigation), and ensure proper agreements are signed per KC 9 Clear Guide.

Requirements:
Minimum bachelor's degree.
Minimum 1 year experience as Procurement Staff.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
