The Procurement Manager role is to lead and manage end-to-end procurement function for Sun Life Indonesia, ensuring strategic resourcing, cost efficiency, vendor performance, and strong governance aligned with company objective.

Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in business, finance, supply chain, or related field
- Minimum 6 years experience in procurement, preferably from insurance industry of financial services industry
- Minimum 3 years in leadership role
Responsibilities
- To establish and continuously improve procurement governance framework
- To oversee contract negotiation including, pricing & payment terms, Service Level Agreement, penalty clauses, data privacy, exit clauses, to ensure all contracts comply with internal governance.
- To lead vendor management and monitor vendor performance
- To identify and deliver cost savings and value creation initiatives
- To drive continuous improvement
