Job Description

Currently we are assisting our client in the search of for Procurement Manager position within General Contractor industry.

Responsibilities

  • Managing, monitoring, and reviewing subcontractors work
  • Developing and implementing strategic objectives
  • Maintaining good working relationships with vendors and subcontractors
  • Responsible for managing and supervising all team members under his/her scope

Qualifications

  • S1 Civil Engineering / Architecture from a reputable university (minimum GPA 3.00)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Procurement Manager
  • Strong leadership and good communication skills
  • Experienced in fast-paced work environments with tight deadlines
  • Experienced in managing vendors and subcontractors
  • Able to develop effective procurement strategies to optimize cost savings
  • Able to read technical drawings
  • Experience using procurement software
  • Mandarin language skill is an advantage

Target Industry

  • General Contractor (local or international companies)
