Currently we are assisting our client in the search of for Procurement Manager position within General Contractor industry.
Responsibilities
- Managing, monitoring, and reviewing subcontractors work
- Developing and implementing strategic objectives
- Maintaining good working relationships with vendors and subcontractors
- Responsible for managing and supervising all team members under his/her scope
Qualifications
- S1 Civil Engineering / Architecture from a reputable university (minimum GPA 3.00)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Procurement Manager
- Strong leadership and good communication skills
- Experienced in fast-paced work environments with tight deadlines
- Experienced in managing vendors and subcontractors
- Able to develop effective procurement strategies to optimize cost savings
- Able to read technical drawings
- Experience using procurement software
- Mandarin language skill is an advantage
