With over 900 stores across Indonesia and successful expansions into Malaysia, Singapore, India, and Australia, we are building a global F&B powerhouse. While our international presence continues to grow, our sourcing hub remains in Indonesia and we are now seeking a Procurement Manager to lead our import and export operations and oversee procurement for the Indonesian market.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of procurement experience in F&B, retail, or manufacturing, with strong familiarity with the Indonesian market
- Proven experience managing direct procurement (ingredients, packaging, equipment) and indirect procurement (marketing, services, IT)
- In-depth knowledge of import and export regulations, customs clearance, HS Codes, Certificates of Origin, and relevant documentation (e.g., Invoice, Packing List, Form A/B)
- Strong vendor sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management skills
- Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, etc.)
- Excellent communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Based in or willing to relocate to Jakarta, with the ability to travel within Indonesia when needed
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all procurement activities for Indonesia operations, ensuring timely sourcing of raw materials, packaging, kitchen equipment, and indirect services
- Manage import processes for key ingredients, machinery, and supplies from overseas vendors, including negotiation, documentation, and coordination with customs and freight forwarders
- Handle export processes to support Kopi Kenangans international outlets in Malaysia, Singapore, India, and Australia, ensuring compliance with trade laws and smooth delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both local and international suppliers
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (R&D, operations, finance, logistics) to support new product rollouts, promotions, and international expansion timelines
- Conduct cost analyses, supplier performance reviews, and identify opportunities for process improvement or cost-saving
- Ensure full compliance with procurement policies, import/export regulations, and internal controls
- Monitor trends in material costs, market availability, and global trade risks
