Procurement Lead

Minor Food is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Procurement Lead in Indonesia who is eager to contribute to the growth of our business and aspiring to join a leading global F&B player.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and maintain Purchase Orders (PO) in accordance with company procurement policies.

- Monitor and follow up on PO deliveries to ensure goods are received on time and in full.

- Prepare and maintain price analysis and purchasing reports for management review.

- Negotiate with vendors on commercial terms, including pricing, Terms of Payment (TOP), Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), delivery schedules, and other contract conditions.

- Source and evaluate new vendors and products based on requests from internal departments.

- Identify and assess potential risks related to vendor delivery performance.

- Ensure vendors comply with agreed service levels, including on-time and full delivery performance.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure procurement activities support operational requirements.

- Perform other procurement-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Min 3 years experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management in FnB industry (preferred).

- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

- Good analytical and reporting abilities.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple suppliers and procurement activities simultaneously.
