Overview
As a Procurement Buyer Officer, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, including purchase request validation, vendor selection, tender execution, negotiation, and purchase order issuance, with the objective of ensuring that all procurement is carried out efficiently, transparently, and in accordance with policies and budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
- Understanding of basic procurement processes and documentation.
- Familiarity with ERP procurement modules.
- Experience in vendor sourcing and price comparison.
- Proven hands-on experience managing tender execution, vendor evaluation, and preparing contracts and POs independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and document archiving.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
