Role Description

As we continue to expand our projects, we are seeking a Procurement Admin to strengthen our operations and ensure smooth project execution. This role is responsible for supporting the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing and vendor coordination to documentation and delivery tracking. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with a strong sense of accountability in managing deadlines, budgets, and supplier relationships. This is a role for someone who thrives in a structured environment, can handle multiple priorities, and takes pride in ensuring that every project is equipped with the right materials at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing, comparing, and procuring materials, furniture, fixtures, and construction-related items.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, quotations, and supporting procurement documents.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and price lists.
  • Track purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory to ensure timely supply for ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate closely with designers, project managers, and site teams to align procurement with project needs.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Support administrative tasks including invoice checking, filing, and procurement reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements & Expertise

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or administration (preferably in construction, interior design, architecture, or related industries).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with basic inventory/ERP systems.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with vendors and internal teams.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience handling construction or interior design materials.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and cost control.
  • Familiarity with furniture, finishes, and construction supply chains.
  • Experience supporting on-site project coordination.
