Role Overview
Join our team as a Process & WMS Improvement Specialist and take the lead in optimising processes and Warehouse Management System (WMS) for one of the fastest-growing e-commerce warehouses in the region.
In this role, you'll spearhead process improvement initiatives, analyse and implement WMS enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost productivity, reduce costs, and minimize errors. Key Responsibilities
Process Improvement Initiatives:
To brainstorm and operationalise process improvements to improve productivity, reduce cost and errors
Implement new processes without compromising operational performance
Evaluate to-be processes vs as-is processes using quantitative measures to demonstrate measurable improvements
WMS Improvement:
Consolidate ground-up feature requests and review proposed feature designs by Regional / Local Business Product Management (BPM) or other markets to transform them into usable feature solutions
User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
Plan and execute UATs, trials, and full-scale implementations
Collaborating with Operations and BPM teams to troubleshoot and refine solutions
Training & Development:
Lead knowledge transfer by formulating a training guide for new processes and improve existing user training and methods
