About Us
PT Pelsart Tambang Kencana is a gold mining company located in Kotabaru, South Kalimantan, currently entering the operational mining phase. To support safe, efficient, and world-class plant operations, we are seeking a highly motivated Process Plant Training Superintendent to strengthen our team at site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage technical training programs for all gold processing plant operations, including crushing, grinding, leaching, CIP/CIL, elution, electrowinning, and tailing.
- Identify training needs based on competency gap analysis and performance evaluations, ensuring workforce skills align with operational goals.
- Develop structured training materials aligned with SOPs, HSE standards, and industry best practices, ensuring operational consistency and regulatory compliance.
- Provide coaching and on-the-job training to ensure effective knowledge transfer and improved productivity.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Maintenance, and HSE teams to align training programs with operational targets and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Superintendent or Senior Process Plant Training in a gold processing facility.
- Strong technical knowledge of gold processing operations, including comminution, leaching, adsorption, and elution.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate competency-based training programs.
- Skilled in process analysis and troubleshooting, with the ability to develop case studybased training modules.
- Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Certified Training of Trainer (ToT).
- Competent in modern training methodologies and tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills with a hands-on approach.
- Willing to work on a roster system at site (Kotabaru, South Kalimantan)
