Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilites:

  • Responsible for reporting to the Head of Operations and Service Excellence regarding productivity improvements or process renewals initiated within the department.
  • Drive continuous productivity enhancement and process renewal through work simplification, system/tool utilization, and automation initiatives.
  • Conduct project and process planning, perform analysis, and measure potential impacts of proposed improvements.
  • Gather business needs from various units to identify the most suitable solutions, conduct testing for developed applications/systems, and provide guidance throughout system development and user requirement processes.
  • Present and communicate completed projects or processes, develop training manuals and facilitate socialization when required, and prepare final documentation including Post Implementation Review to support optimization of future projects and process improvements.
  • Continuously enhance personal knowledge and competencies, including in the banking industry, by completing required trainings and certifications.
  • Coordinate with external parties, including BCA as the parent company, as well as other relevant stakeholders in support of key responsibilities.

Requirements

What You Need To Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Management, or related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in process improvement, operations excellence, business process transformation, or similar roles.
  • Experience in the banking industry is strongly preferred, particularly in operational processes, service excellence, risk management, or back-office functions.
  • Proven track record in leading end-to-end process improvement initiatives, including analysis, solution design, implementation, and change management.
  • Strong proficiency in Process Improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or business process reengineering. Relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt) are a plus.
  • Strong data analytical skills, including the ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, measure productivity improvements, and support decision-making through data-driven insights.
  • Ability to use analytical and automation tools such as Excel (advanced), SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau, BPM tools, or RPA platforms (UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively explain complex processes or solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external parties.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines.
  • Proactive mindset, detail-oriented, and strong commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Willingness to continuously develop knowledge, including through banking-related training and certifications.
